Ma'am, a "St Agatha bun" takes the form of a flat, round cake, covered with icing and a cheery, with a further cherry and dried grapes inside. The whole is then halved, the two halves being spread with blackcurrant jam and fresh whipped cream; these then being reassembled, the whole making a tasty comestible for one or two persons. However, the eater does need to take care, or the eater's fingers, face and person will become covered with the aforesaid cream and jam.

They make an enjoyable breakfast, too ;-)
