Chocolate "aids fatigue syndrome"

A daily dose of dark chocolate may help reduce the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, say UK researchers.

Ahh, you beat me to it. I've said it time and again though - dark chocolate (especially G&B's 85%... mmm...) is little pieces of heaven.

Lindt do a wonderful range of dark chocolate too. :-)

Strangely, while I love Lindt's milk chocolate, I find their plain somewhat harsh. I've never been too enamoured of Green & Black (or 'posh Cadbury's') either. Valrhona is the nicest plain chocolate I've ever had by some distance, but it's harder to get in this country.

Mmm, yes, but as a vegan I can only eat their "regular" 70% as they use not-vegan flavourings - whereas G&B's dark range is totally food-free. :D

"Totally food-free"

I wouldn't go that far...

Sorry, it's a family term used when taking the mick out of the resident vegan ^_^ Although some vegan food does seem to be, I don't think I'd class G&B's that way.

One of my specialities is chocolate and ginger fudge

I always knew people liked it but apparently it is a scientific fact that chocolate, ginger and fudge contain chemicals that inspire feelings of happiness - so my homemade stuff must be better than Prozac.
