Saw it online on Thursday evening. Rang up on Friday morning. Viewed it Friday afternoon. Rang up on Saturday morning to arrange a second viewing, to be told that an offer had been made. Made an offer ourselves. By Saturday afternoon, had upped the offer, and had it accepted. Wooh-hooh!

Um, I may have been guilty of over-simplifying just a tad. We have made an offer, which has been accepted; but this is subject to (a) agreeing a satisfactory contract between us and them (via our solicitors and their solicitors); (b) getting a satisfactory survey completed; and (c) the vendors finding somewhere to move to. So yes, there's a long way to go yet. But hey, it's a start ;-)
