Absolutely enchanting!

I do like the puffins. They are one of those subjects that really bring out the best in photographs.

If I might offer a suggestion on the landscapes? I'm not sure what camera you were using, but it might help to meter off the water and then reframe them and that might help the sky burning out.

Very handsomely done.

Puffins always look, don't they, like the more blimpish members of one's club in unguarded moments.

Lovely pictures; puffins always seem to have so much character.

Thank you! :-)

Thank you for the advice. I do occasionally change the metering, but not very often, and then only by eye. I use an Olympus OM-2n, and it's fairly easy to change the exposure. I will do it more often.

OM-2 is a great camera, perhaps one of the classic camera lines of all time. It's amazing how many still seem to be in use, 20-30 years after they were bought. I doubt either of digital SLRs will last as long.

Definitely! And the output is proven to be long-lasting.

I have had some mechanical problems with both my OM-2ns, but I've got them fixed quickly, easily and (relatively) cheaply.
