Christmas pudding with cream, hot white sauce with brandy, and rum butter. Not all at once, necessarily, but a choice.
Cheeseboard with quince paste, celery, grapes, whatever else is to hand.
Christmas cake with Wensleydale later.
Trifle on Boxing Day.
