Meme from [livejournal.com profile] estelyn_strider and <user site="livejournal.com" user

The analysis indicates that the author of http://wellinghall.livejournal.com is of the type:
ESTP - The Doers

The active and play-ful type. They are especially attuned to people and things around them and often full of energy, talking, joking and engaging in physical out-door activities.

The Doers are happiest with action-filled work which craves their full attention and focus. They might be very impulsive and more keen on starting something new than following it through. They might have a problem with sitting still or remaining inactive for any period of time.

I did this meme a couple of days ago and didn't post it because I got the same as you and it's so far from being a good description of me. I happily spend most of my days sitting still and inactive. I always finish things I start. I don't need things to take my full-attention - I love multi-tasking. I don't think I'm good at being attuned to other people, and the last thing I want are physical outdoor activities. *shudder*

Interestingly, I also tried it on my other blog and got almost exactly the opposite result: INTJ, which is what I normally get in MB tests.

Clearly I have a split personality and use my LJ for all my 'abnormal' traits!

My result suggested that I am an extrovert who loves keeping things tidy, which nobody who has seen my desk or listened to me fret about the amount of shoulder time I experience at social occasions would believe. I suspect the analysis does not include friends-locked posts, which would bias the results as most of my LJ is locked.

Heh. I tried this meme on my lj and got ESFP. Assorted MB tests have consistently given INTJ over many years...

Or just possibly in my case, INTJ + 2 small children and a busy job = effectively ESFP?

Same here!

Huh?! I'd say you were about as extroverted as I am, and I always come out of these tests as heavily introverted.

Bad meme, methinks!

I think that's about right ...

I got ESTP as well. And I KNOW I'm an Introvert, so that's not right.
But as someone else noted, most of my blog is friends locked and much of even the locked stuff is Memes.
But I do think we are one thing in Real Life and another thing in Blogs, where communication is easier and most everyone is a friend.

That doesn't sound a lot like you.

But I can't see how this meme can work on mainly FLocked journals anyway. (I did it and it came out quite right for me(!), but that was just luck, because my journal has VERY few unFLocked entries. We seem to be having quite a bit of meme-failage what with gaya's "who posts?" one that didn't come out right).

Indeed. And quite a lot of my LJ is FLocked; and the bits that aren't tend to be memes, polls or random bits of Tolkien news (or other news, but not personal news); and all this is probably pretty useless material for this sort of analysis.
