Sadly it's not one of the 27 languages with which I am familiar ;)

I don't understand Ukrainian, but I liked the guy at the end toasting the Professor. :-)

From what I can understand (quite a bit, actually, especially considering that all the interviewees are speaking Russian, not Ukrainian), this is just a typical "look what's out there" TV programme. First they interview the more "geeky" RPG types who talk about their outfits and weapons, then show a slightly more "serious" historical re-enactment session, and finally talk to someone who was inspired by Tolkien to study philology and languages. In fact, if I get this right, she is an lj friend of mine, [livejournal.com profile] linda_lotiel. I think her husband's British and their son is bilingual.

Sorry if this reads like a description of the picture rather than the sound, but they just say all the usual things about Tolkien and how he inspires people to do things. The guy at the end does indeed toast the Professor. :)

Thank you! :-) (May I pass the broad details onto someone who brought the video to my attention, on FaceBook?)

Sure! There is literally nothing in the broadcast apart from the broad details. :)

Thank you; I think [livejournal.com profile] dreiviertel's explanation will suffice, but I will let you know if more information would be useful.
