I like roses. The rose garden at Haddon Hall is one of my favourite places.

I like lavender, to the extent that I pinch buds off bushes as I pass.

I like (clean, crisp) snow - preferable for about 24 hours, followed by a sudden, smooth thaw!

I am generally / often a bit sad - and yes, it is rather sad, but it's how I'm made, alas.

Bourbon vanilla tea is assam tea with Bourbon vanilla in. Mmm! Unfortunately, Clipper Teas have stopped making it.
