The average 30 year old male in the UK has approximately a 1 in 1,000 chance of dying in the next year

The average 60 year old male in the UK has approximately a 10 in 1,000 chance of dying in the next year

The average 30 year old female in the UK has approximately a 0.4 in 1,000 chance of dying in the next year

The average 60 year old female in the UK has approximately a 6 in 1,000 chance of dying in the next year

Do a Google search on "uk population mortality" (leaving in the quotes), and limit the search to UK websites. See what the fourth hit is. Be amused.

What worries me is that nobody has noticed that the entire population has been transformed into caribou.
