Update

Yesterday was ... not very good. The most that can be said is that it was better than Tuesday evening.

However, after my midnight trip to the bathroom, I did manage to get six hours' sleep! Hooray!

I've now been out of bed for an hour, and it's taking its toll, so I'm going back there to sleep and convalesce.
