What's Opera, Doc?

Does anyone know where I can get this on Region 2 DVD, or failing that on VHS? Or even, does anyone have a copy they could supply ... ?

It's a video link of some kind... :) - if it's a Google Video link, I believe there's a Firefox bookmarklet that will enable you to download it and save it as a wmv or avi.
