Back home!

Seen today:
- one castle (Chepstow)
- one very, very defunct ex-bookshop (also Chepstow)
- a fishmongers van (sea trout and samphire, omnomnom)
- three Challengers and some sort of AVRE (on transporters)
- a mountain of post (on our doorstep).

The best business I saw in Chepstow last year was "Merlin recruitment." I wonder if it's still there this year, or if they successfully found their super-powerful wizard and shut up shop.

My first thought was to wonder just how many small birds of prey they hard managed to recruit.

I've never eaten samphire, but it's such a lovely word it must taste gorgeous!

It does! Just right with sea trout (or crab).
