Didn't this happen last time we built a new lot of subs, too?

(In fact it turns out that the BBC article mentions HMS Trafalgar in 2002. Don't the navy have, you know, charts or something for their training grounds?)

I'm impressed that only five of the K-series subs qualify, given the pretty appalling things that happened to most of them.
