Thanks for that. Force9 have now got my connection working, so I have at least got a breathing space - but in the long term, I am determined to move to someone else.
I started off on Demon, but then had some problem with them, and switched. I can't remember what that was, though, and I find it hard to believe they would have been worse than F9 over the past nine years or so.
