Advice please

I'm looking for a new palmtop / PDA. The main criterion is that it needs to be compatible with my Psion 5mx, in that everything I've got on the Psion will need to be transferred onto the new one, as easily as possible.

Apart from that, compatibility with my work calendar (on Outlook 97) and my home one (Mozilla) would be very handy. Email (and even web browsing) on the go would be nice, but not essential. I've already got a phone, so I don't need a new one; but if the best PDA for me includes a phone, then that's OK.

Any ideas?

Not to tell you to suck eggs or anything, but the simplest answer, of course, would be to buy another Psion device - they seem to have an interesting range here (http://www.psionteklogix.com/public.aspx?s=com&p=Products&pCat=281).

On the other hand, if you google for it, you can probably get a program to convert your data files to another format if you want to make the switch to Palm or IPAQ or something like that.

Regarding a phone - it depends on how much you value security. I don't want a phone integrated with all my PDA data as I'm still not all that happy with wireless security and my friends all seem to have problems with wireless connections. I may not have much choice in the future, but for now I keep them well separated (even the bluetooth on my PDA is permanently off).
