wellinghallI spoke to John Lewis yesterday, to arrange a delivery time. They offered me 7.15 - 2.10 on Friday. That wasn't convenient, so we agreed that it would be next Saturday, 9.15 - 4.35.
Why do they have such precise delivery times?
ETA: And after all that, they delivered it today. Luckily, our next door neighbour was in.
