Jan. 14th, 2007 10:48 amI would like to say how impressed I am with the Department of English at the University of Leeds. Last Sunday, I emailed them to ask if they could supply me with a copy of an article they published 22 years ago; more in hope than in expectation. By Thursday, they had hunted through their stockroom, found it, and posted it to me. They didn't even ask for payment first, but instead sent an invoice.
