I haven't ticked anything, since I would go for Yes or No, as you see fit. But I wouldn't think it was 'silly' to do either. If you have a reason to think he may not tour as planned in the UK next spring, or that you may be unable to go then, it would make sense to go to Germany or the Netherlands. Otherwise, it seems perhaps unnecessary. However, unnecessary doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't go, after all, you can afford it and how you choose to spend your time and money is up to you.
