Yummy yummy...and after a dearth of Marmite (since you can't really eat it if you haven't got something suitable to spread it on), I have now discovered it is okay on wheat free pitta bread (ie. the tastes don't clash, the bread doesn't disintegrate, etc) :)

I'm American. Weren't yeast extract food products of that sort part of what we rebelled against? I'm sure I was taught that John Hancock signed the Declaration of Independence in Marmite.

You can get it from Tesco or Waitrose (I can't remember which one we bought ours from, but it would have been one or the other) in the UK.
