Okay ...

We've had a gratifying level of interest, and so we will be having a moot over the last weekend in October. (The main event will probably be on Saturday 28, but I've no doubt it will spill over into Sunday 29, and maybe even Friday 27).

We are thinking vaguely in terms of DVDs, board games, and possibly even a walk over to a local National Trust beauty spot. If you need a further incentive, we have two pubs in the village, as well as a train station, and a convenient location between the A1 and the M1!

There is just one snag. Our house isn't very big, and we only have one spare bedroom (plus a few bits of floor, and a small garden, but camping in late October isn't something I'd care to try!) This is not intended to put people off coming! - but it does mean that we might wonder if people nearby could make it a day trip, or possibly even put others up ... ? For those long-distance travellers among us, there is a B&B in the village, as well as others in the surrounding settlements.
