wellinghallSaw it online on Thursday evening. Rang up on Friday morning. Viewed it Friday afternoon. Rang up on Saturday morning to arrange a second viewing, to be told that an offer had been made. Made an offer ourselves. By Saturday afternoon, had upped the offer, and had it accepted. Wooh-hooh!
