Better news on the house

wellinghallOur solicitor has just rung to tell me that he has now got the contract from our buyer in his possession. We are ready to exchange contracts today, and to complete next Friday (21 August). We can then complete on the house we are buying from 21 August on. And about time too!
ETA: And we're completing on the house we're buying on 28 August!
