Well it's better than you eating our brains, but why is there a pic of someone shagging with the alt text "Leicestershire"? What are you trying to tell us about your current home county?
It is a bit creepy, but if you aren't comfortable with the world atlarge knowing that much about you, you should friendslock more posts, or be a bit less specific when you discuss things (without losing the gist).
Mine was sufficiently vague and unrepresentative for me not to feel concerned.
