What a surprise to see you in this neck of the woods, it must be...

Particularly dry/wet/cloudy/sunny weather, isn't it? We could probably do with a drop more/ drop less rain though, the ground is very dry/muddy. I understand the forecast for the weekend is rain/sunshine though, and we could certainly do with more of that.
