Date: 2007-10-14 06:02 pm (UTC)Meanwhile, in other news, I've gone back to making bread sans machine, as mine tastes better. So jolly there! I'll have to experiment with recipes for the machine, I think but so far it's not earning its keep!

Date: 2007-10-14 11:57 pm (UTC)I use bread machines for making the dough, then after the first rise, pull it out and make a real loaf of bread (frequently baguette style or braided). No one knows it started in a machine.
