Obviously thinking a lot about houses at the moment! Final offer has now been with vendors for over 3 hours. We have drawn billy bookcases onto house plans, and have started looking at websites for bespoke book cases (well, if we are buying a house with 15ft ceilings, then we might as well put some shelves up there. And a little ladder on wheels to go round it..
