More good things

The nasty cold that Creatrix had over the weekend is clearing up - and so far, apart from tremendous sneezing fits, I might just be avoiding it.
My grandparents are recovering, to the extent that my mother is sleeping at home tonight for the first time.
I accomplished something at work today. Not very much, admittedly; but by breaking a big task down, I got several of the resulting bits done.
Creatrix cooked me sausages for dinner, followed by apple and blackberry :-) (And there are two sausages left over for breakfast ... )
We're getting a nice heap of Christmas cards. It's nice to be reminded of friends and family at this time of year.
I've got nice friends who poke me on Facebook.
Only four more days at work before Christmas! (I will gloss over what is going to be in those four days ... )
In a week's time, people will be squeeing about the nice Christmas presents I've bought them. (Well they'd better be! ;-) )
I did reasonably well on University Challenge, including three out of three about Dante! (Not my field of study.)
