wellinghall: (Stilton)
Stilton dumplings

125oz suet
3oz crumbled stilton
250oz flour
seasoning

Mix suet, flour and stilton add a pinch of salt. Stir in about 3tbs of cold water to for sticky dough - you may need a little more water. Get your hands in some flour then roll dough in to 8 balls and set aside.
