I like Loganair

wellinghallI rang Loganair yesterday to book some flights around Orkney. They first pleased me by telling me that the check-in time at Kirkwall is 20 minutes, and at the other two airports (North Ronaldsay and Papa Westray) it's 12 minutes. (Actually, I know from past experience that most locals don't bother turning up that far in advance).
They then impressed me by trying to work out (with no prompting from me) what the cheapest way of doing my complicated three-legged journey was.
And then they shocked me by saying, in response to my "And would you like my credit card?", "No, you can pay on the day"!!!
