Am I the only one who has difficulty telling the difference between Cate Blanchett and Gwynneth Paltrow?

Overheard in hospital: two very conventional elderly ladies, talking about how it was unfair that same sex couples got tax breaks, but sisters living together didn't; and going on to discuss how lesbianism started after WWI, when lots of men were killed in the trenches.

Grantham hospital has wards 1 & 2; 5 & 6; and Kingfisher.

Try asking "If I pay more, can I have extra anaesthetic?". I think it shames them into using enough.... I'm sick of having fillings done when I still have some feeling left.
