We have young grouse; haggis; wild duck; and English partridge. Those wishing to join us for dinner should form an orderly queue ;-)

Date: 2008-10-25 08:59 am (UTC)I know that grouse and partridge are birds, but not what kind (other than that grouses can be found on whisky bottles, obviously :). And even if I knew what kind of birds they are, I probably wouldn't know how they taste; the only bird I can remember eating other than chicken is duck. So my curiosity would have me in the queue for sure :)
