I didn't count living in college housing, nor crashing with my parents between college stints.

I counted my college housing because it was actually a flat (well, apartment). The total goes down if that doesn't count though. :)

Ah, I forgot about the houses I lived in when I was at university. Add 4, in that case, to make 12.

Currently living in the 7th place, and moving to the 8th in July - at which point I intend to stay put for a very long time :-)

I counted rented houses and flats but not rented room (either in college or hostel type arrangements). Also didn't count the two holiday cottages we lived in when we'd managed to sell one house but not actually managed to buy the next.

I counted university. If not, then it's only 14. Which is still a ridiculously high number of homes for the last 14 years, especially for someone who loathes moving and would really like a stable home with a garden that it's worth planting with things that are not annuals.

I started counting after my first graduation from university (the end of my undergraduate days).

Post-university. During my four years at university, I lived in two flats, two rooms in college, and my parents' house, so add however many of those you feel are appropriate :)

I've included the four houses I lived in as a student. I've been in the same house for 12 years now.

Counting university accommodation and my aunt's house while au pairing, but not either of my parents' houses.

I counted the two university rooms, the flat for the second year, and my parents home before I came home after the first degree. I forgot the London flat. I didn't count the house my parents moved to while I was at university.

But from marriage, four, including the current two.

Omitting all the accommodation whilst student (except for OU stints or I'd lose 2 more locations).... Been in the current place 18 1/2 years.

The three includes the two addresses I lived at as a student - otherwise, we moved to this house when I was 5, and we've lived here ever since.

As I never lived in hall in college, but always lodged/flat shared, I counted those three. However, I didn't count the one I lived in for a short time while on placement (in Hull) or that would have made a round 10.

You asked how many "as an adult". I took the view that you're not really grown up if you're still in full-time education* or living with your parents, and came out at four. Moorland Butts is the second house we've owned and we've been here for eight and a bit years.

* Although you are if you return to full-time education as a mature student.
