I am glad you enjoyed Oxonmoot. Sounds like it was a good one.

On the subject of moots - I am afraid I can't come to your own planned moot. One of my friends-and-colleagues has to go to court on the following Monday and has asked me to cover a seminar-thing she's involved with that weekend. She is in a right state poor girl and I really want to help her out. Although I will be sad to miss out on seeing you guys again.

Of course this doesn't rule out attendance by my Resident Bloke, but he might be a bit shy to go all by himself :-)

Maybe he and I could organise a future moot at our place - although I have to confess all my Tolkien trivia has over the last 10 years been gradually replaced by disposable biomedical trivia. So it might be more of a nonspecific walking-and-singing type moot instead.
