wellinghallOn a pond near our house, the moorhens are raising two chicks. On the lake at work, the moorhens are raising three chicks. And while having lunch today, we saw a crow bathing in the lake.
In the garden at home, we've had what we think is a recently-fledged blackbird. And last night we saw two blue tits moving along the fence. One was on the top, and behaving like a fledgling; the other (we think an adult) was clinging to the side of the fence.
