So why is it still just the men's cricket on the red button today then (and mostly, when broadcast)?

The men's game does have facet's that the women's game doesn't. However, the women's game is still quite watchable; and when we have a successful women's team and an unsuccessful men's team (shown by their going out of the Twenty20 cup yesterday), I do think the women's game deserves more attention.
