Update

I've had a bad 12 / 15 hours, but I am now over the worst, I think. This is the first time I have been anywhere other than bed and the bathroom in that time. Now going back to bed and, hopefully, to sleep.

Thanks for all the hugs - it's nice to know there are people out there who care :-)

Gracious, Wellinghall. *hugs* indeed, yes. I've just checked lj for the first time in a week or more, having lain abed me ownself. My tummy *knocking on wood* is made of cast iron and seldom afflicted, but my respiratory track is as vulnerable as 40 years of cigarette smoke could make it. Hope we are both on the mend.
