Moved area (n.b. moved house more times than this) 3 times after school (the last to go to uni) as well as the post-uni moves; the NHS here is pretty good and it is a nice area overall.
Mildly curious, following a very similar poll from white_hart, and the responses that one elicited. I want to talk in my detail about my responses; when I get around to it, like so many other things ...
I actually live just over the Greater London border in Chigwell Row, Essex, but I came down here in 1981 because I'd got a job in London, and this is the first time I've lived outside Greater London (less than 50 yards outside, but still outside) since then.
If the bottom hadn't fallen out of the housing market, we would have already moved, probably to an area we've had no contact with...
Moved continent 5 times since university, following jobs. Was fun, but now heartily sick of it. Will move twice more in the next 12 months we hope, then settle for good.
