Breakfast: tea (Assam), orange juice, porridge with honey.
Morning snacks: tea (machine) and digestive biscuits; tea (machine) and dairy milk caramel bar. Partly to stave off boredom, partly to keep warm. More tea (proper stuff, at least insofar as anything in a teabag can be called "proper").
Lunch: ham and sausage pasta bake, garlic bread, salad.
Afternoon snack: apple and tea.
Dinner: leftover cottage pie and cabbage.
Sunday
Breakfast: tea (Assam), orange juice, weetabix and toast with apricot jam.
Morning: tea.
Lunch: white cheshire cheese, marmite and salad sandwiches, followed by homemade low-fat fruit cake, followed by tea.
Afternoon snack: apple and tea (Nepalese).
Dinner: roast English partidge, with mashed parsnips and cabbage, followed by leftover apple and blackberry crumble.
