When you need both paracetamol and ibuprofen to keep your temperature down, it's time to come home and go to bed, right?

ETA: Thanks for the good wishes, everyone. I had actually posted this in the brief interval between coming home and going to bed, and while having my lunch of tea and toast. I still feel rough, but a great deal less rough than I did for a really horrible couple of hours earlier on.
