Anyway, as I said on facebook, respect to the first winner for having truly big specialist subjects. Nowadays, I suspect many entrants choose a subject so narrow that they basically need to memorise one textbook.

I like the fact that someone specialized in Fritz Lang, although limiting herself to his far more famous German oeuvre is a bit of a copout.
