Also note that some of these directories (local settings, certainly) will be hidden, so you'll need to enable showing of hidden files (Tools->Folder Options->View, or something like that?) to see them in Windows Explorer.
[Bad username or site: [info]didiusjulianus @ livejournal.com]'s locations look sensible for Windows. I expect the filenames will remain the same over operating systems, so you could just search for abook.mab etc. and see where they are.
