1. How do I get stainless steel pans really clean and free of grease?

2. Can I feed the sound from my TV through my stereo amp and speakers? What do I need to do this?

I use a wire pad and a little squirt of neat washing up liquid - it even removed the marks from the time I accidently let the pasta burn dry... I have no idea if this is a good/bad method, but it works for me.

(pretty sure this is a stainless steel pan)
