An inch or so came down today in DC. They actually let the schools out early here because of the snow, since no one here can drive in the stuff and they never have enough salt to cope with it properly.

When I go up to the Frigid North tomorrow for the holidays, I'll be walking into about 2 feet of the stuff, but with clear and well-salted roads and people who have decent snow tyres. I can't wait. ^_^

There was a proper blizzard going on when I came out of work, but it didn't settle. (Just as well - I don't want to miss tomorrow's Christmas party!)

None here, but it is summer now :-)
More rain about than usual, though.

I just woke up to about six new-fallen inches this morning here in Germany.

Yesterday when I filled this in we had a few flakes. The flakes have now brought along their friends, and I think we can now say we have a light covering (I reckon it's light covering when the grass sticks through it...)
