Date: 2011-02-12 05:42 pm (UTC)Mind you the 'lock the gates at night' clause would surely put buyers off, after all no holidays (well unless you could get someone in to do it for you when they fed the cat etc) and always needing to make sure that there was nobody doing a last bit of weeding, or having a quiet cry in the grounds.
