I think I read that BT are taking/have taken them over. It might be worth waiting to see if this improves matters. (But get googlemail or something as a backup). (Avoid talktalk IMO, we've got them for landline and they are pants, we are probably leaving them).

What exactly is(n't) happening with yours then? I noticed yesterday that a few messages sent last week had crept in yesterday and the day before, before that the volumes coming in hadn't suggested any particular problems. The site doesn't give any major problem with email at the moment, just some waffle. My OH wants to know exactly why they have gone downhill recently and why they can't sort the problems out quicker (he being in charge of an email system more qualified than some to comment).

No emails at all arrived between Saturday night and Monday lunchtime. They did then start to come through, but slowly and with inconsistent delays.
