How odd - you are the second person* to ask why the unicorn is standing on its head, when it isn't. Are you mistaking something else for the unicorn?

I must admit it looks like it's standing on its head to me, too.

The cushion on the sofa, that is - its legs are in the air, and the top of its head is resting on the seat.
