The first property has (I suppose) been snapped up - at any rate,it won't show on my screen, but I would buy the second in an instant if:

- I lived in the UK
- I had a very great deal of money
- I had a back-up pied-á-terre in London, in a quiet back-street near the British Museum (and one in Bristol, where the excellent bridge is? or in Bath, where the angels climb upside-down? or in Salis...)
