Which all sounds good, especially the music in primary schools.

As for the implicit question: what would we be without music?, I'm almost sure I saw something science-y recently about how intrinsic music is to humanity. :)
And someone recently quoted (but I haven't verified it for myself) the sixth-century Roman writer Cassiodorus as saying “If we continue to commit injustice, God will leave us without music”.

Oh, so many things to ponder... and so much to be up and doing, this busy Sunday! :)
