I've answered the question you asked, though, not the one you meant. I've only been once on my own account (a particularly bad allergic reaction to multiple gnat/mosqito bites in the middle of the night. They gave me piriton ;-) Actually, though, it was quite useful, as I didn't have any on hand, and they gave some helpful advice on how I could take it in emergencies contra to the 'official' leaflet advice.) Most of the other occasions were accompanying/visiting another of your respondants.
