Excellent customer service
Aug. 1st, 2007 08:05 pmI rang Lakeland, to ask if they could supply a spare lid for something I had bought from them. They checked, and said that yes, they could; it would cost £5, post free. Fine, I thought, and gave them my card details.
They rang back a few minutes later, to say that there was a very long waiting list for the lids, so they were going to send me the whole thing, at no extra charge.
I'm impressed.

Yes- I am a shallow Lakeland fangirl!

Date: 2007-08-02 09:07 am (UTC)I couldn't live without either of those too, Lakeland are fantastic aren't they? I used to live 5 mins walk from their store in Windermere, that was brilliant, but I ended up spending loads of money. I look forward to their new catalogues so I can spend hours drooling over all the stuff I can't afford/don't need.
I'm definitely another shallow Lakeland fangirl ;-)
